Annual Country Show

The Essex Young Farmers Country Show has quickly become one of the premier agricultural shows in the county, with almost 14,000 visitors. Our 2011 Show is on Sunday May 15th at Boyton Hall, Roxwell A1060, CM1 4LN.

The Show is organised and run entirely by the members, aged 16-26, which is a fantastic achievement, considering how much is involved. The Show has evolved over the years and is strongly supported by our sponsors from the local area and the agricultural industry.

To make the show a success a lot of hard work goes on behind the scenes, with monthly meetings on the second Wednesday of the month. These are open for anyone interested in finding out more, just ring our office for details. It takes a week before the show to set everything up and then once it is all over and done with for another year it takes a further week to tidy up.
