We’ve got an action packed calendar full of all different kinds of competitions, ranging from the physically challenging likes of rugby and football to the more mentally demanding public speaking and debating. Other events include badminton, basketball and cookery, so there really is something for everyone to get stuck in to. The competitions are well attended by all clubs in the county rounds, with the winners going on to represent Essex at the Eastern Area final, where they compete against Suffolk, Norfolk, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire & Peterborough and Hertfordshire. If teams are victorious at Eastern Area they then progress to the National Finals to face other teams from across England and Wales.
