Hi there, I’m Paula - County Organiser, I joined Essex YFC in August 2006 and Samantha assists me on a part time basis having joined us in April 2008.

We are kept very busy supporting our members, clubs and events.  Working for a Voluntary Youth Organisation is very unique, keeping up with fundraising efforts, updates on changes to Charity Law, New practices in regard to safeguarding young people and learning about the new and exciting training, learning and travel opportunities that are being developed for members.

 It’s true to say that no two days are the same, so for us having such a varied workload certainly makes it an enjoyable place to work.

We are currently based in an Old Piggery in High Roding, near Great Dunmow Essex, however our members are working really hard to raise funds to develop our new Essex Young Farmers Headquarters in a more central location and with more facilities.
